When we leave all our present and future needs in the providential grace,we also ought to leave or dedicate our successes to the same grace for we human beings are nothing but dust and ash. Some perish and turn into dust while the others turn into ash.Even after knowing it well we often forget that life proves stronger than fiction.Human lives are sometimes so beautiful and so enjoyable that the very thought of it’s end brings tears to our eyes.Life is no doubt a lovely blessing for most people but it also varies from person to person.Optimistic people take it as a blessing whereas the pessimists find it very hard affair,to them every moment is a battle, fighting out the odds of life.
There is a certain way of transforming the difficult situations of life into really enjoyable moments by looking at everything with hope and chances. It’s somewhat like telling a child frequently ‘you can do it’,even when he fails,we can go on saying it’s possible. After continuing the same process for several times a possible result can be noticed. From this instance we learn the power of the tongue.People who are always in despair may find their own tongue as a weapon to destroy all the narrowness of the mind.
Very few people are cursed by others, most of the wretched people are so,because of their own mouth. There are people who often comment or mutter on their own work and their capabilities even when there is no one to listen to them.Very often we find them saying damn it,go to hell, worthless, hopeless and so many other things. These careless comments sometimes become very heavy for them. The tongue is usually used to bless others and to pray or praise. So we must refrain from doing it.A tongue which is used to curse and use abusive language has little power to bless others.
If we are careful enough then we will be able to find out that very often we convert discussions into criticism.Criticism brings about all the other vices instead of bringing peace, it brings strife and discord, finally a real fight begins.I think the sayings of Holy Book about the tongue and it’s destructive power will be more convincing then my own thought,so I quote the sayings of the sctipture.
-‘For whoever would love life and see good days must keep their tongue from evil and their lips from deceitful speech’.
-‘Let your conversation be always full of grace, seasoned with salt,so that you may know how to answer every one’.
-‘Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouth, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen’.

-‘What goes into someone’s mouth does not defile them, but what comes out of their mouth, that is what defiles them’.
-‘Those who guard their mouths and their tongues keep themselves from calamity’.
-‘From the fruit of their mouth a person’s stomach is filled ;with the harvest of their lips they are satisfied. The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat it’s fruit’.

‘May my lips overflow with praise, for you teach me your decrees. May my tongue sing of your word, for all your commands are righteous.May your hand be ready to help me, for I have chosen your precepts’.
